Shipping Policy

Processing Time Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Certain items — including rare, vintage, or special-order records — may require additional processing time. If your order requires extra time, we'll notify you by email.

Shipping Options We offer two shipping methods:

Media Mail — An affordable USPS option available for records and eligible music-related items. Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after shipment. Please note that Media Mail is inspected by USPS and is only eligible for qualifying media items.

Standard Shipping — USPS First Class or Ground Advantage for all other items. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

Packaging We take extra care packaging vinyl records to ensure they arrive safely. All records are shipped in protective mailers or boxes designed to prevent warping and damage in transit.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.

In-Store Pickup Local pickup is available at select warehouse locations. If you choose this option at checkout, we'll contact you when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@bsiderecordsvintage.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. B-Side Records & Vintage is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
